in the purchase and sale, pipeline transportation, gathering and
processing of natural gas. It operates in South Texas, Mississippi, and
Alabama with a total of more than 2100 miles of pipeline and gathering
assets. The company was formed in 2009 to own and operate an acquired
asset base.
